COMPANY BACKGROUND

Chromaceutical Advanced Technologies, Inc. is a small firm located in the heart of the Massachusetts "Route 495 BioTech Belt." The Company is dedicated to discovery, development and validation of scientific information utilizing methods of separation science often based on liquid chromatography (LC). Applications of LC technology can stand alone to meet analytical objectives or it can be embedded in programs supported by other chemical, biochemical or biological methods. We specialize in LC methods that use Multiangle Laser Light Scattering (MALS) detectors manufactured by Wyatt Technology Corporation.

Program applications are directed to areas of pharmaceuticals, polymerics, general organics, nutrition, medical devices, nutraceuticals, agriceuticals, cosmeceuticals, foods, applied biochemistry and metabolism including clinical medicine. Company efforts can also be directed to analytical problem-solving areas of environmental health, biomaterials and forensics. Chromaceutical also has special interests in chemical engineering and process design within a framework of analytical chemistry to ensure product quality as well as programs designed to exploit natural product chemistry.

Whether or not customer objectives require research or development, process control (QC/QA), product discovery, deformulation, good versus bad analysis or new adoptions of analytical methods to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) -- these are all matters of interest at Chromaceutical.
